Ken,
The contact was unattended, therefore we were not monitoring the RS counts in real-time.  Unfortunately, these counts are not logged   I just dumped a 4 sets of backup tlm files onto the server from Cortex 1 (tmub), Cortex 2 (tmub) , and Cortex 3 (tmua & b).  I would start with the Cortex 3 files and see if these fills some of the gaps.  We will investigate more tomorrow (… rather today ☺)
