All,

   The perigee pass had command issues for the first 10 minutes of the pass. The station USHI01 was unable to bring up their command carrier. SSC decided to switch us over to the USHI02 station. We were able to get a command uplink and send commands to the spacecraft. During the pass FDC totals were reset. A DR is pending and the new Razor #I100-687.
