[Isocops] IBEX Orbit # 522 schedule request

Hi Tim,

The requested apogee and P/A contacts look good. Could the P/D pass on USHI01 [04/02/21,092,22:30:00,04/02/21,092,23:30:00] be delayed to start at 23:00? That is when the antenna null clears for this contact (it is shown to occur from 22:30-23:00, currently).
