SOC processing looks ok !!! Where does the time data come from? Ken will 
dig deeper into processing code - looks like there's a different time 
stamp around the time of the problem, but somehow the code copes with it.
Ryan: 1970 value looks like the ground doesn't know how to interpret the 
data it's receiving.
Tim: valid time stamps until August 24 at ~07:50 UTC.

There's no urgency to load the orbit 540 ATS: there are 2 more scheduled 
uplink opportunities before the commands onboard run out on 5 September.
The Master Reset Timer was reset last night.
We'll upload a test no-op time-tagged command.
We'll try to set the spacecraft clock.

Running order for activities during next contact

  * Verify maneuver
  * Send time-tagged no-op command?
  * Monitor 2 commands executing onboard
      o @FCT_SetScState science $TIME=2021/08:27:16:16:33
      o @CEU_LO_SCIENCE_MODE NORMAL $TIME=2021/08:27:16:16:35
  * Set the spacecraft clock
