[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #502 ATS Approval (25 Sept 20 - 4 Oct 20)

I approve IBEX_2020_269_o0502a_BUS_v001.scr for uplink during today's apogee contact.

I approve IBEX_2020_269_o0502a_INST_v001.scr for uplink when space to store the 46 commands onboard is available. Today too?
