[Isocops] IBEX Orbit 507 Schedule change

Hi Tim,

The edits to the apogee pass for Orbit 507 look good. (The antenna null
problem disappears at approximately 4:34 according to our STK
scenario....so the first few minutes of the contact could be questionable).
