[Isocops] IBEX Schedule request for Orbits 506 & 507

Hi Tim,

The scheduled contacts for orbits 506 & 507 look good, with the exception
of the apogee contact on 11/16/20 beginning at 03:30:00 (USHI01). It is
close to the antenna null during the requested time range for that
particular view period. The antenna/ground station configuration is
better any time after 04:40 for the view period in question, which lasts
from 16 Nov 2020 03:16:15.430 until 16 Nov 2020 07:32:33.497 according to
our latest view period report.
