[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #504 Hi Gain Test ATS

Hi all,

I have looked at Orbit 504 Hi gait test ATS, IBEX_2020_287_o0504a_HGC_v001.scr and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in IBEX_2020_287_o0504a_HGC_v001.ccvr.


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF IBEX_2020_287_o0504a_v001_hgc.stf

The timing is such that the gain test completes between 30 and 31 Re ascending.
