[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #510 ATS Approval (7 – 16 Dec 20)

All,
   I found the issue for why the IBX-CLC-015 Error was incorrect. I found that I had a corrupted history file. The history remembers the spacecraft configuration from the previous ATS generation. This way it can perform checks like power usage & start with a known spacecraft state. I deleted the current history file and regenerated and saved a couple orbits of data. Now we are seeing the correct response for the eclipse on Dec 15 2020.
IBX-CLC-015: Battery charge falls below minimum from 2020/12/15 13:31:55 UTC -
             2020/12/15 15:08:41 UTC. Lowest charge level is 6033.143131
             watt-minutes during this interval.

Attached are the new CCVR files for Orbit 510. The Version 1  ATS’s are fine for the checkoff.

Please note the following:

1.       Please note that I am moving out the date for sign off to the perigee passes. I plan to uplink the Orbit 509 LGC ATS during the apogee pass on Nov 22.

2.       The Apogee pass had to be changed. With the new ephemeris the original view period disappeared

  1.  I generated 3 separate ATS files BUS, INST and a complete file. The BUS and INST will be the files to be uplinked. The complete ATS, I used as a sanity check to see how the commands lined up. Since we are in a new phase of ATS generation. IF you have any ideas of doing this differently, let me know.

  1.  The 3 ATS files have been changed to word files and encrypted. I will send out another email with the password. The files that have been transferred via MFT have not been encrypted and are still text files.

  1.  I moved the 2 House Keeping commands from the INST ATS to the BUS ATS. I commented out the 2 commands in the INST ATS. If for some reason we were unable to uplink the INST Commands for this orbit, we would have been in the wrong spacecraft state for executing the maneuver commands.

The reason for this violation is that we add 2 minutes before and after the scheduled time. So, the additional 4 minutes creates the violation.
