[Isocops] IBEX Schedule Req for Orbits 492 & 493

[IBEX FDG]

Hi Tim,

These contacts are all good for FDG, but I have a few questions/comments:

The 2nd contact (descending contact on 07/03/2020 with AUWA01) is close to
the edge of the antenna null. The contact is also shorter than usual, is
that intended? The contact is still within the view period, which ends at 3
Jul 2020 03:29:46.213, but since it is still far away, I think we might
want to shift it back by 1.5 hours or more. The view period starts at 2 Jul
2020 15:16:22.329, so there is plenty of time to move it back. If the
contact ends any time before 3 Jul 2020 02:15:00, we should be well outside
of the antenna null.

The 4th contact (apogee contact on 07/08/2020) says 0K for the rate, is
that correct?

The 5th contact (descending contact on 07/12/2020 with USHI01) is listed at
15.5 Re descending, but the altitude at the contact start time is closer to
about 14 Re.
