[Isocops] IBEX Schedule request Orbits 495 - 497

[IBEX FDG]

Tim,

These contacts are all in view for FDG except for the last one. On
8/19/2020, the contact with AUWA01 has a time span of 0, which I'm assuming
is a typo. The view period I have is 19 Aug 2020 01:34:44.995 to 19 Aug
2020 06:28:17.518. Within that view period, I would recommend starting no
earlier than 19 Aug 2020 02:30:00. The end time can be any time within the
view period.

The perigee contacts with USAK01 are in view, but we have been having
issues with tracking data from that station. Until we get those
issues resolved, I would prefer that we don't schedule any more contacts
with that station. If you can reschedule any of the ones listed here, that
would help, but we will be ok if we miss tracking data for those passes.
Moving forward, if we cannot use tracking data from USAK01, we will need to
enforce that at least one perigee pass not be on USAK01. That's something
we can discuss with the project if the issues persist.
