[Isocops] IBEX Orbit 494 Schedule request

[IBEX FDG]

Tim,

The apogee contact looks good for FDG.

The perigee contacts are both on USAK. We've been having issues with
tracking data from that station recently. Can you reschedule the perigee
passes on different stations?
