I also approve IBEX_2020_176_o0492a_INST_v001.scr for uplink no earlier than the orbit 490 post-perigee contact: USAK01, LAHO 40K IBEX-1 Orbit# 491 Hi BkGnd Test Contact 15re Asc, 06/15/20 @ 23:30:00 UTC
