[Isocops] LEOP Activity Warning July 30th through August 1st.

The intent of this message is to advise of an USN Launch involving our Remote Ground Stations (RGS).  This launch is affecting our USN Hawaii, Australia and South Africa  station(s) and namely our USHIxx, AUWA01, ZAHBxx antennas.

This LEOP is expected to begin July 30th through Aug 1st, and will continue for approximately 3 days
Currently, the LEOP activity has not conflicted with any of the  supports already scheduled.
