ACS is in High mode
The star tracker is off
CEU, Lo and Hi are off
Apogee maneuver did not execute

Recovery activities already performed:
FC Back orbit buffer re-enabled and dumped
Reference power tracking mode reset to Voltage. 

Planning progress:
Three 90 minute SSC contacts scheduled
Recovery contacts ATS prepared: Approved by MOM, ISOC
New orbit 493 BUS and INST ATS files prepared (v002): Approved by MOM, ISOC
STF files produced for both Inertial and Sun Pointing replacement apogee maneuver. Execution time between the first and second recovery contact. Maneuver ATSs being prepared.
Spacecraft Recovery CAR is in preparation. It will be circulated and approved before the first recovery contact. Approval required: MOM, SYS, MOC, ISOC
Instrument Recovery CAR is in preparation. It will be circulated and approved before the second recovery contact. Approval required: MOM, MOC, ISOC, CEU, Hi, Lo
