[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #500 ATS Approval ( 6 - 16 September 2020)

I approve IBEX_2020_250_o0500a_BUS_v001.scr for uplink during the next apogee contact on August 23.

I approve IBEX_2020_250_o0500a_INST_v002.scr for uplink when space to store the 46 commands onboard is available.

Note: this orbit’s perigee is > 14 Re so 15 Re and 16 Re transitions are used to derive activity times rather than 14 Re and 15 Re.
