[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #498 ATS Approval ( 19 - 28 August 2020 )

I approve IBEX_2020_232_o0498a_BUS_v001.scr and IBEX_2020_232_o0498a_INST_v001.scr

Is the plan to uplink only the BUS ATS during the upcoming apogee contact?
