[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #464 HGC ATS Approval ( 15 Oct 2019 ) - v001 approval

All,


I have looked at the orbit 464 Hi gain test ATS,


IBEX_2019_287_o0464a_HGC_v001.scr,


and I approve.


There are no constraint violations in


IBEX_2019_287_o0464a_HGC_v001.ccvr.


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,


IBEX_2019_287_o0464a_v001_hgc.stf.


The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test starts at 30 Re ascending.
