All,

    The USAK01 contact @133/19:00z was cut short due to the receiver dropping out during the pass. It looks like we were in a bad part of the antenna pattern. The Eb/No was shifting between 12 and 18.5. Normally the difference is closer to 2 to 3 DB. And the receiver was between -118 and -121. At -121 is where we lose lock and the coherent signal returns back to center frequency (Non-Coherent). The duration of the pass is from 19:00 - 1930z.

   The spacecraft went thru another BCR Soft reset @133/22:32z. Standing CAR #997 BCR Software Reset Recovery was executed.

Power control was set back to Current

Heater tables - Tank 1 & 2 set points were set back to trip off @18 and trip on @16

CEU 5V was commanded to show on

PCMB was commanded to show on

Gyro was turned back on and accelerometer is the nutation sensor

Nominal commanding for the perigee passes:

SSR dump -> Dump New

Reset Master Timer

Set Spacecraft Clock

Reset FDC Totals

CAR # 1037 ATS upload -> IBEX_2019_143_o0448a_v001 93 Cmds

The Inertial maneuver was successful
