    The first perigee was nominal for CMD & TLM.
Completed the following:

*         CAR # 1043 ATS Upload

o    IBEX_2019_179_o0452a_V001 91 cmds

*         SSR Dump -> Dump New

*         Reset Master Timer

The second pass had some issues at the beginning of the pass. A software issue at the station created issues with the uplink. The station config file needed to be reloaded.
Completed the following:

*         CAR # 1042 IBEX Hi background tests and Lo Magnetotail Season

o    Loaded the Hi Background table.
