[Isocops] IBEX Orbit # 444 Hi Gain Cal ATS - v001 approval

All,

I have looked at the orbit 444 Hi gain test ATS,

IBEX_2019_106_o0444a_HGC_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2019_106_o0444a_HGC_v001.ccvr.

The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,

IBEX_2019_106_o0444a_v001_hgc.stf.

The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test completes at 30 Re descending.
