[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #424 HGC ATS Approval ( 18 Oct 2018) - v001 approval

All,


I have looked at the orbit 424 Hi gain test ATS,


IBEX_2018_289_o0424a_HGC_v001.scr,


and I approve.


There are no constraint violations in


IBEX_2018_289_o0424a_HGC_v001_.ccvr.


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,


IBEX_2018_289_o0424a_v001_hgc.stf.


The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test executes at 30 Re ascending.
