   Attached are the planning files for Orbit #430.

Please respond to this thread with comments and approvals.

Approvals are required by COB  28 Nov 18.

Note the Following:

1.       Battery Balancing

Please note that the battery balancing is normally performed  around perigee. This time since we will be doing the star tracker image dump close to perigee. The battery balancing will be done between the first and second perigee contacts.
