[Isocops] IBEX Orbit#428 Lo Gain Curve ATS - v001 approval

All,


I have looked at the orbit 428 Lo gain test ATS,


IBEX_2018_325_o0428a_LGC_v001.scr,


and I approve.


There are no constraint violations in


IBEX_2018_325_o0428a_LGC_v001_.ccvr.


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,


IBEX_2018_325_o0428a_v001_lgc.stf.


The timing is such that, as planned, the test starts a few hours (about 7) after 15 Re ascending.
