[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 409 ATS Approval (1 Jun 18 - 10 Jun 18)

We are going to use IBEX_2018_152_o0409a_v001.scr, not v002. It will be uplinked during the next apogee pass.

Two things to note:

The v002.scr has not been added to the merged ATS yet.

I have not reviewed the v002.ccvr file yet. But I don’t foresee any issues since the only difference between the v001 and v002 ATS is the addition of the 5 commands for the 06/02/18 contact which do not overlap with other command activities.
