[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 384 APL-18 contact requests v002

Hi Sheral,

These contacts are both good for FDG, but the one on 10/18 is still close
to the edge of the field of view of the aft antenna at 17:00. The VP is 18
Oct 2017 15:42:01.120 through 18 Oct 2017 23:43:45.099. I know this is
replacing a contact that already had this issue, but could we shift the
10/18 APL contact back just a little bit more? Anything after 17:15 looks
good to me. If not, APL is still fully in the FOV at 17:00, it would just
be better if if were a little farther from the edge.
