[Isocops] Conditions yellow -- event continuing to decay

Hi All

The event continues to wind down though fluxes still somewhat elevated. Conditions yellow - expecting green in a few days. No new sunspots on the horizon. (clowdy, some rain, but no thunderstorms predicted).
