[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 388 IBEX_Lo Gain Test ATS Approval - v001 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 388 Lo gain test ATS, 



IBEX_2017_327_o0388a_lgc_v001.scr, 




and I approve. 




There are no constraint violations in 






IBEX_2017_327_o0388a_lgc_v001.ccvr. 




Th commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF, 






IBEX_2017_327_o0388a_v001_lgc.stf. 




The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test executes about 9 hours after 15 Re ascending.
