All,

I have looked at the orbit 369 ATS,

IBEX_2017_153_o0369a_v002.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2017_153_o0369a_v001.ccvr

are from the removal of the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2017_153_o0369a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2017_153_o0369a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two star tracker outages. The first starts 1+ days before 15 Re descending and runs for 1+ days. The second starts about 4 hours before perigee and runs for 3 hours. Some despinning may be required due to the first outage.

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit369_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 368 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 369 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.340091,0.866562,0.365251 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/06:03:10:20:58

points axis +1.000000,+0.000000,+0.000000

which is R.A. +68.572 Decl. +21.423

missing R.A. +71.327 Decl. +22.307 (ibex-sun)

error is R.A. +2.755 Decl. +0.884

for a total 2.705 deg

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.340091,0.866562,0.365251 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/06:06:22:11:07

error is R.A. +6.444 Decl. +1.269

for a total 6.105 deg

The inertial maneuver at apogee leaves us pointing in safe directions at the time of the maneuver and for arc B ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.27026,0.887413,0.373441 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/06:06:23:54:15

error is R.A. +2.098 Decl. +0.780

for a total 2.092 deg

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.27026,0.887413,0.373441 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/06:11:08:24:47

error is R.A. +6.495 Decl. +1.183

for a total 6.114 deg

The inertial precession maneuver at perigee leaves us pointing in safe directions at the time of the maneuver and at orbit 370 apogee:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.196946,0.903278,0.381183 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/06:11:15:11:14

for a total 6.550 deg

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 368 commands by manual inspection or by checking at

Command Approval Checklist is attached.
