[Isocops] Orbit# 367 Contact Changes

Guys,
I have scheduled a HAW02 contact to delete the STX, ON and SSR_Dump commands of the APL-18 contact that was cancelled.
We will dump the SSR on the HAW02 contact schedule on 25 May at 0300 UTC
I will also Upload the ATS for Orbit# 369 during this contact
