All,
We sincerely regret that APL-18 will not be able to support the May 24th IBEX contact and it has been removed from our schedule. We just received word from our program manager that there is a work stoppage due to some Princeton/APL contractual issues. We are sorry for any inconveniences this causes. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in short order, so that we can resume our APL-18 support of the IBEX program.

We will leave the subsequent contacts on our schedule, for the time being, with hopes of a expedient resolution.
