All,

Note: Angle at orbit 373 apogee after the perigee sun precession maneuver: 4.669 deg

I have looked at the orbit 372 ATS,

IBEX_2017_181_o0372a_v003.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2017_181_o0372a_v003.ccvr

are from the removal of the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v003 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2017_180_o0372a_v003.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2017_181_o0372a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. The outage starts 4 hours before 15 Re descending and runs for 1+ days. Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There are two moon in Lo FOV sessions in the OEF but only one in the ATS. The ISOC timing for the first session puts it before we ascend. The second session starts in arc A (OEF) (ATS - after apogee maneuver) and ends in arc B. The ATS start time is 16 hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is 3 1/2+ hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit372_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (4). The last contact ends after orbit 373 14 Re ascending.

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 371 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 372 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u -0.103638,0.916298,0.386856 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/06:30:11:46:29
