All,

I have looked at the orbit 354 ATS,

IBEX_2017_018_o0354a_v002.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2017_018_o0354a_v001.ccvr

are because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v003 STF,

IBEX_2017_018_o0354a_v003.stf,

except that the ATS has an SSR_DUMP_NEW command . This is expected as APL is being used for a dump pass.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2017_018_o0354a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. The outage starts 1- days before apogee and runs for over 3 1/2 days. Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

The OEF includes two moon in Lo FOV sessions but there is only one in the ATS. The arc A session in the OEF is a short session (~2 hours) and is not included in the ATS. The arc B session is longer and the appropriate commands appear in the ATS. The ATS start time is 4 1/2 hours before that in the OEF and the ATS end time is 7 1/2 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit354_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (5).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 353 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 354 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.485271,-0.759002,-0.434084 -w ibex-sun -t 2017/01:18:23:47:49

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 353 commands by manual inspection or by checking at
