[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 384 Contact Request

Sheral,

These contacts look good for FDG, but the USAK01 contact is close to the
edge of the FOV for the aft antenna. The VP spans 18 Oct 2017 14:48:34.606
through 19 Oct 2017 06:45:56.968. Could we shift it a little bit later into
the VP? Preferably to 17:30 or later.
