[Isocops] UNH intrusion detection

All, 

UNH is trying to improve intrusion detection rules. The rules need some adjustment because I've been unable to get to any servers since Friday except for a short period last night. I'm working with them to see if they can make changes quickly. Please let me know if you have problems. The problem manifests as ssh and ping timeouts.
