[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 348 Contact Request

Hi Sheral,

Can we shift the apogee USHI01 contact 1-2 hours later? The view period is
29 Nove 2016 21:27:01.972 to 30 Nov 2016 08:11:17.684, but at 22:30:00, we
are still close to the edge of the field of view of the forward antenna. If
we should shift it to any time after 23:30:00, that would be better.

The other two contacts, the P/D and P/A contacts, look good for FDG.
