[Isocops] IBEX Aus perigee pass 17 Oct @23:30z

All,
  The pass was nominal for CMD and TLM. The maneuver was nominal. The ACE went thru a soft reset on 16 Oct 16 @10:24:00z. Ryan Tyler was notified and we executed the following  Procedure S924-OP31203 Enable/Disable ACS FDC. The FDC was enabled and the SC bus is nominal.
The following was also performed during this pass:
SSR dump
Reset FDC totals
Set SC Clock
