[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 344 Hi Gain Test ATS Approval (19 Oct 16) - v001 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 344 Hi gain test ATS, 



IBEX_2016_292_o0344a_HGC_v001.scr, 




and I approve. 




There are no constraint violations in 




IBEX_2016_292_o0344a_HGC_v001.ccvr. 




The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF, 




IBEX_2016_292_o0344a_v001_hgc.stf. 




The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test executes at about 30 Re ascending.
