[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 329 ATS Approval (4 June 16 - 14 June 16) - v001 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 329 ATS, 

IBEX_2016_156_o0329a_v001.scr, 

and I approve. 

The only constraint violations in 

IBEX_2016_156_o0329a_v001.ccvr 

are because we removed the 

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable 

commands (2) and because of a long SSR dump contact; the violations are expected. 

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF, 

IBEX_2016_156_o0329a_v002.stf. 

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as deter mined from the OEF, 

IBEX_2016_156_o0329a_v001.oef, 

and as verified with ibex_orbit. 

There is one star tracker outage. It starts about six hours before perigee and runs for about 4 hours. 

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is about 1 1/2 hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is about 2 3/4 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual. 

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file, 

IBEX_Orbit329_Contacts.txt, 

for the 2 contacts in the ATS. The other contact will be a blind acq. 

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit. 

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 328 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 329 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
