[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 327 High Gain Test ATS Approval - v001 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 327 Hi gain test ATS, 



IBEX_2016_138_o0327a_HGC_v001.scr, 




and I approve. 




There are no constraint violations in 




IBEX_2016_138_o0327a_HGC_v001.ccvr. 




The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF, 




IBEX_2016_138_o0327a_v001_hgc.stf. 




The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test executes at about 44 Re descending.
