APL is not in view of either the forward or aft antenna at 18:00 on
4/28/16. The next available view period is from 28 Apr 2016 20:17:37.170
to 29 Apr 2016 08:59:44.893. Can we push this contact back 4 hours to 28
Apr 2016 22:00:00?
