All,

I have looked at the orbit 336 ATS,

IBEX_2016_221_o0336a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The only constraint violations in

IBEX_2016_221_o0336a_v001.ccvr

are because of the eclipse and because we removed the

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable

commands (2); the violations are expected.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v004 STF,

IBEX_2016_221_o0336a_v004.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time, the eclipse time and 15 Re descending as determined from the crossing times report,

IBEX_CrossingTimes_2016_202_23_48_v001.txt,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There are two overlapping star tracker outages. The first starts about 2 1/2 hours before perigee. The second starts during the first one and ends about 13 hours after the first one begins. No despinning should be required due to these outages.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is about 1 1/2 hours after that in the OEF. This difference is not unusual. The session ends before the post-eclipse ascending sequence completion time so explicit session end commands do not appear in the ATS.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit336_Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

The LE flag on/off commands follow Ryan's recommendations and the eclipse descending/ascending sequences are offset from the LE set/unset commands by the required 2 hours.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 335 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 336 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u -0.688092,0.669538,0.279728 -w ibex-sun -t 2016/08:08:14:33:12
