All,
I have looked at the orbit 333 ATS,
IBEX_2016_193_o0333a_v002.scr,
and I approve.
The only constraint violations in
IBEX_2016_193_o0333a_v002.ccvr
are because we removed the
ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable
commands (2) and because of a long SSR dump contact; the violations are expected.
The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v002 STF,
IBEX_2016_193_o0333a_v002.stf.
Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,
IBEX_2016_193_o0333a_v001.oef,
and as verified with ibex_orbit.
There is one star tracker outage. The outage starts about 15 hours before 15 Re descending and ends about 2 1/2 hours after perigee (delaying the perigee maneuver). Some despinning may be required due to this outage.
There is one long moon in Lo FOV session in the OEF; there are two sessions in the ATS. The sessions start in arc A and run into arc B. The start time of the first ATS session is 2 1/2 hours before that in the OEF; the end time of the second ATS session is about 4 1/2 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.
The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,
IBEX_Orbit333_Contacts_v002.txt,
for all contacts (4).
We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.
The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 332 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 333 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
ibex_rotate -o -u -0.302078,0.878444,0.370249 -w ibex-sun -t 2016/07:12:10:35:05

No Lo O-mode.
There is no overlap with orbit 332 commands by manual inspection or by checking at
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi .
The last (4th) contact will start shortly before we ascend in orbit 334 and will end after the ascending sequence completes.
Command Approval Checklist is attached.
