[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 337 ATS Approval (17 Aug 16 - 25 Aug 16) - v001 approval

All, 

I have looked at the orbit 337 ATS, 

IBEX_2016_230_o0337a_v001.scr, 

and I approve. 

The only constraint violations in 

IBEX_2016_230_o0337a_v001.ccvr 

are because we removed the 

ACT_SetSpinPulseProtectEnable Enable 

commands (2); the violations are expected. 

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF, 

IBEX_2016_230_o0337a_v002.stf. 

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF, 

IBEX_2016_230_o0337a_v001.oef, 

and as verified with ibex_orbit. 

There are two star tracker outages. The first starts 10 1/2 hours after orbit 336 perigee and ends 13 hours later. The second starts just after perigee and runs for about 6 1/2 hours. Some despinning may be required due to the first outage. 

Although there is a moon in Lo FOV session in the OEF, one does not appear in the ATS. This is because the session start commands occur before we ascend after the apogee maneuver; this causes the session end commands to be commented out. 

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file, 

IBEX_Orbit337_Contacts.txt, 

for all contacts (3). 

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands. 

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 336 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 337 arc A ascending and descending sequences:
