All,

I have looked at the orbit 308 ATS,

IBEX_2015_331_o0308a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2015_331_o0308a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2015_331_o0308a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2015_331_o0308a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. It starts before orbit 307 perigee and ends 1+ days after we ascend in arc A. Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is about 2 hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is about 3 1/2 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit308_Contacts.txt,

for the 3 contacts in the ATS. The APL contact commands will be in a separate ATS.

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again next orbit.

The sun precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 307 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 308 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

Subject: IBEX Orbit# 308 ATS (27 Nov 15 - 6 Dec 15)

Guys,

Here are the planning products and ATS for Orbit# 308.

Please respond to this email thread with your comments and approvals.

Approvals are required before 16 Nov 15 @2200 UTC

Note the following:

1. The OEF is generated using the Orbit# 306 OEF

Orbit# 307 has a Apogee and Perigee sun maneuver

2. No battery balancing commands with orbit

3. Orbit # 308 SSR_Dump Conact

The APL-18 SSR_Dump Contact commands will be loaded separately once APL has scheduled the contact.
