[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 288 ATS (28 May 15 - 6 Jun 15)

Hi All,
I give my approval of Orbit 288 ATS with the following caveat:
The checklist item for arc b pointing didn't verify exactly using the
latest forecast STF file IBEX_2015_forecast_05may15-24sep15_v001.stf. If we
use the prior forecast stf, namely
IBEX_2015_forecast_09apr15-27aug15_v001.stf, it verifies. I understand this
is caused by the timing of the newly generated forecast STF and the
generation of the ATS, and that it is OK to proceed as defined.
The spacecraft pointing during Orbit 288 is calculated below.
