[Isocops] Network problem

All, 

I've had some problems with remote logins to the servers at UNH. Sometimes sessions are dropped. Often when that happens I can't login again for several minutes. The operational people are aware of the problem and have been working on it. However, I'm still seeing it - just not as often. 

Please let me know if you run into this problem. Please provide the time at which it occurs; it may help pinpoint what is happening.
