Guys,
  The SSR_Dump contact for ORbit# 280 was nominal for command/telemetry and
the inertial maneuver successful.
The following objectives were completed:

1. CAR# 728  Orbit# 280 Star Tracker Image Dump
2. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. reset_master_timer.scr
4. CAR# 729 Upload Orbit# 282 ATS

5. ops_set_sc_time.scr
6. @ACT_ResetTaskRawFailed (AC_FDC)

VC0=1875 with 1 error
VC2=18802 with 0 errors
