Hello everyone,

Below are the statuses for the o289 primary contacts.
DOY 162 10:00 UTC contact w/ USHI-01 (apogee): Pass for Doppler
DOY 166 01:00 UTC contact w/ AUWA (P/D): Fail for Doppler- The entire pass was rejected by our Filter due to very high measurement residuals. I contacted USN to see whether any station issues were reported. Doug got back to me and said there are no reported issues, but that USN will investigate.
DOY 166 14:00 UTC contact w/  AUWA (P/A): Pass for Doppler- (Whatever caused the high residuals in the previous pass does not seem to be an ongoing issue.)
