All,

Note: Angle at descending after the apogee sun precession maneuver: 4.058 deg

I have looked at the orbit 276 ATS,

IBEX_2015_040_o0276a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2015_040_o0276a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2015_040_o0276a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF,

IBEX_2015_040_o0276a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is one star tracker outage. It starts 1+ days before apogee and ends 3- days after apogee. Some despinning may be required due to this outage.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc B. The ATS start time is 2 hours before that in the OEF and the ATS end time is 5 hours before that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and the timing and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit276Contacts.txt,

for all contacts (3).

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we'll do it again in the next orbit.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 275 left us pointing in safe directions for the orbit 276 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.776423,-0.605801,-0.1737 -w ibex-sun -t 2015/02:09:14:29:41

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 275 commands by manual inspection or by checking at
